My experience was great. It was my 1st time seeing him. I liked that he explained to me what and why , my hands are hurting badly and what he can do for me , once I get my Imaging done on my hands and he looks at the Imaging, so he can further decide what he will do surgery wise. His staff whom works for him very kind. Cheerful place to be seen, because your cared for with kindness and explanation given to you, about my problem with my hands.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Williams for my hands. He was very thorough in explaining the condition of my hands. He is very thorough and easy to understand his medical thoughts; he recommended my getting a hand brace as well and he set me up for a MRI. I feel that Dr. Williams was very efficient and when I left his office I was very comfortable with my appointment with him. He explains everything one needs to know about their medical visit! He is an awesome doctor.

It was all good. Office people were easy to communicate with. Not a lot of paperwork. Dr Williams was super. He had a couple of interns in the room so as they learn I did also. Long way to go but it is something that needs fixed.

Dr Williams absolutely knows what he's doing. I really appreciated the fact that he just went to work very professionally and did what needed to be done while at the same time being very compassionate and thoughtful towards me. I wish more doctors were like him!

I cannot recommend Dr. Carl Williams highly enough! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt completely at ease. He is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable but also compassionate and attentive. He took the time to explain every detail of my condition and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me so much confidence.

Charge me for copay, but insurance is no copay. Receptionist didn't look up my information to show I have copay. Had to call Humana to verify information.

As soon as I walked in, I was very welcomed. Staff is superrr friendly especially Vianey at the front desk.
Dr. Williams made me feel completely comfortable about getting my future surgery for carpal tunnel which i was very nervous about.
He is caring and answered all my questions.
Highly recommend 100%.

Very pleasant doctor's appointment, I wasn't expecting such a calm soft spoken doctor! Very professional and apologetic for hurting my hand as he did his examination! He knew what the problem was as he was speaking with me, I was amazed! I've had carpal tunnel syndrome surgery before on my right hand, years ago when I worked for the federal government and I never got this nice happy doctor, patient encounter!!! I had a nice appointment with doctor Williams!
