APRN Kranz conducted a thorough examination of my condition and was also training a new-hire physician’s assistant. The physician’s assistant did most of the assessment with the help of Kranz’s expertise. I was impressed by their professional understanding of my condition, and felt that they both were personable and kind during the visit.
